Prior to launching her coaching practice, principal coach Stephanie Soler spent six years at McKinsey and Company where she fell in love with leadership development and organizational development. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an adjunct lecturer and facilitator in Strategic Communication and Interpersonal Dynamics.
